Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for high-stakes applications
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for neural networks and generative AI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Advocate for regulatory compliance with evolving AI governance policies
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with legal, product, and research stakeholders
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for industry conferences and academic journals
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published work on AI ethics or governance preferred
- Experience with healthcare or autonomous systems AI projects
