Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits across machine learning pipelines and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape regulatory standards for emerging AI technologies
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI and predictive analytics systems
- Establish transparency requirements for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices and responsible innovation
- Represent the company in global tech ethics forums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI systems in regulated industries
- Strong background in machine learning fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Experience working with quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy with industry impact
