As a key member of our Innovation Ethics Council, you'll develop audit protocols, conduct bias assessments, and advise product teams on ethical AI implementation. You'll collaborate with legal, engineering, and policy stakeholders to create compliance blueprints that anticipate future regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for ML systems
- Develop compliance protocols for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for new AI product launches
- Create educational programs on responsible AI development for engineering teams
- Monitor emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt policies
- Represent company ethics stance in industry forums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI governance
- Deep understanding of NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and global AI regulations
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments and fairness testing
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
