- Advise product teams on ethical AI design principles throughout development lifecycle
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging technologies including quantum AI
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI governance with regulators and industry bodies
- Monitor evolving regulations and update internal policies proactively
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech governance
- Deep expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience conducting ethical risk assessments for ML systems
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Knowledge of quantum computing implications for AI ethics a plus
