Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI governance policies for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Conduct algorithmic audits for bias, fairness, and transparency in AI systems
- Represent company at regulatory bodies and industry ethics consortiums
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI deployment and monitor compliance
- Collaborate with R&D teams to design privacy-preserving AI architectures
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI principles and emerging regulations
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
