Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models using advanced statistical methods
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory compliance with evolving AI governance standards
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI adoption strategies across departments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Produce thought leadership content on responsible AI practices for industry publications
- Mentor junior team members on ethical AI methodologies and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience with ethical impact assessments for generative AI systems
- Strong technical proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data visualization tools
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology preferred
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
