Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for generative systems and autonomous agents
- Lead audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency compliance
- Design governance policies for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Partner with product teams to implement ethical-by-design principles
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment practices
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in neuro-symbolic AI and biometric interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, policy development, or governance
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and future regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of implementing ethics frameworks in production AI systems
- Strong understanding of quantum computing implications for AI ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research on AI alignment or algorithmic accountability
