Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness across 20+ AI products
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into ML pipelines
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory policy forums
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance tracking
- Mentor junior ethics specialists and build governance training programs
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Experience leading ethics initiatives at FAANG-scale tech companies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, CEGAI) preferred
