Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory predictions
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development cycles and stakeholder communications
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance across organizational departments
- Represent the organization in industry forums, contributing to global AI ethics standards
- Mentor data scientists and engineers on responsible AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field with 7+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in implementing enterprise-wide ethical AI frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and future policy trends
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google AI Ethics) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic fairness assessment tools
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or governance in peer-reviewed journals
