Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in regulated industries

- Design compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations including EU AI Act and US federal guidelines
- Create educational materials for cross-functional teams on ethical AI deployment practices
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical objectives and societal expectations
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and translate findings into actionable organizational policies
- Represent the company in AI ethics coalitions and contribute to industry-wide standard development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and regulatory compliance
- Strong background in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to integrate ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse (papers, conferences, policy proposals)
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies (LLMs, autonomous systems, generative AI)
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IAPP CIPP, or equivalent) preferred
