Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI models deployed in high-stakes domains
- Design governance protocols for AI lifecycle management from development to decommissioning
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI deployment practices and responsible innovation
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, industry consortiums, and civil society organizations
- Establish metrics for measuring AI's societal impact and ethical performance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks
- Proficiency in conducting AI bias audits and ethical risk assessments
- Experience with AI ethics toolkits (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in responsible AI
