Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models before deployment
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency and explainability initiatives
- Lead cross-functional working groups to establish company-wide AI ethics policies
- Monitor global regulatory developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Create training materials for engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Represent the company at industry forums shaping AI ethics standards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in designing bias mitigation strategies for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience conducting algorithmic impact assessments and ethical risk analyses
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published work or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Familiarity with cross-sector AI deployment challenges (healthcare, finance, autonomous systems)
