Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF 2.0 and EU AI Act regulations
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for high-stakes AI systems (healthcare, finance, autonomous vehicles)
- Design transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI deployment with engineering teams
- Author governance policies for generative AI content moderation and synthetic media
- Represent FutureGuard at global AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
- Mentor junior ethicists and build our internal AI ethics certification program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI focus
- 3+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, state AI laws)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for stakeholder engagement
- Strong technical literacy in LLMs, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Certification in Responsible AI or AI Ethics (e.g., IBM, Google, IEEE)
