Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and evolving AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and hybrid AI-quantum systems
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Strong programming skills in Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch implementation experience
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google's Responsible AI)
