Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML models
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in ethical technology discussions
- Published research or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing and data analysis
