Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks compliant with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Create transparency protocols for high-stakes AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for responsible AI practices through stakeholder education and policy development
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in fairness/privacy regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with algorithmic transparency documentation
- Strong analytical skills for ethical impact assessments
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., CSEP) preferred
