Qualifications

- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Proven track record of developing ethical AI guidelines
- Strong understanding of machine learning model architectures
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible technology preferred
