Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills
- Publication record in AI ethics or related research
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing workflows
