Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years' AI ethics experience

- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of designing ethical AI policies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of neuroethics, quantum computing implications, and human-AI interaction
- Certification in Responsible AI (RAI) or similar advanced credential
- Experience testifying before congressional tech ethics committees
