Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 technology roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in ethical AI deployment and compliance
- Advocate for responsible AI policies at industry and governmental levels
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical principles in product design
- Manage stakeholder communications on AI ethics initiatives
- Stay ahead of regulatory developments in AI governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in NIST AI frameworks and EU AI Act
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
- Strong understanding of machine learning and AI systems
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
- Experience in developing organizational ethics guidelines
