Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead multidisciplinary research on bias mitigation in machine learning algorithms
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact by 2026
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical protocols into AI development lifecycles
- Author white papers and industry standards for responsible AI deployment
- Manage a team of ethics researchers and data scientists
- Present findings to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics research or governance
- Expertise in bias/fairness metrics for ML systems
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical auditing tools
