Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible tech development
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Strong understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, and evolving US regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Published research in ethics or technology journals preferred
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) a plus
