Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning systems
- Develop ethical guidelines for generative AI and autonomous decision-making
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering and legal teams
- Create transparency reports for high-stakes AI deployments
- Advocate for inclusive AI design through stakeholder workshops
- Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance protocols
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics in industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience translating ethics principles into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPM, CIPP/E)
- Publication record in ethics journals or tech policy platforms
