Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for AI product development lifecycle
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Advocate for ethical AI design in product roadmaps and technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI initiatives across departments
- Monitor global regulatory trends and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Establish governance protocols for AI deployment and monitoring
- Drive awareness through internal training and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for bias detection and mitigation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
