Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for ML models
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for transparent AI governance
- Create ethics training programs for engineering teams
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for product launches
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Author white papers on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics roles
- Proven experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulations
- Expertise in stakeholder communication for complex technical topics
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with Python for bias analysis tools
