Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible technology development
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and change management
- Published research on AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Familiarity with quantum computing ethics a significant advantage
