Responsibilities

- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Train engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Report on AI ethics metrics to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics roles
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or AI alignment
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong stakeholder management across technical/non-technical teams
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
