Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and autonomous infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias, fairness, and transparency in 2026's next-gen models
- Develop predictive ethics protocols for emerging AI capabilities including quantum-computing neural networks
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles into AI lifecycle management
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and contribute to regulatory policy discussions
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor real-time compliance across distributed systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Safety, or equivalent with 5+ years applied ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness or responsible AI
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles frameworks
- Technical proficiency in auditing LLMs, reinforcement learning systems, and multi-agent architectures
- Experience advising C-suite executives on AI risk mitigation and ethical deployment strategies
- Proven track record of influencing industry standards (IEEE, ISO/IEC JTC1/SC42)
- Fluency in Python for ethics auditing tools; familiarity with blockchain for provenance tracking
