Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026
- Quantify and optimize AI's carbon footprint using lifecycle assessment methodologies
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models serving diverse global markets
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in roadmaps
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 clients
- Author industry whitepapers on sustainable AI practices for regulatory compliance
- Mentor cross-functional teams in ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or Environmental Science with 5+ years AI experience
- Proven expertise in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 26000 standards
- Advanced proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and carbon footprint modeling
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB) for tech companies
- Published research in AI ethics or sustainable technology journals
- Track record of scaling ethical AI programs in enterprise environments
