Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic architectural planning for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Lead R&D: Oversee the research and development of proprietary machine learning models and autonomous system protocols.
- System Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures using modern stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new technologies to assess feasibility and commercial viability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly required.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
