- Pioneer New Technologies: Research and prototype cutting-edge AI models, focusing on efficiency, ethics, and scalability.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical strategies for future horizons.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
