Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to drive innovation by 2026.
- Oversee R&D initiatives, managing a budget of $5M+ and a team of elite engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging market trends to pivot product development effectively.
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or technical management.
- Deep understanding of current and future state AI architectures (LLMs, Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning).
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks.
