Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and commercialize next-gen AI solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, government labs, and Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption in 5+ industries
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record launching AI products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech convergence
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-level funding
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
