Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework identifying AI, quantum, and biotech convergence points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech roadmaps into annual business plans
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Build and maintain an external expert network across MIT, Stanford, and DARPA
- Author thought leadership publications on societal impact of 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in strategic technology roles
- Proven track record in scenario planning and technology adoption forecasting
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience scaling AI products from prototype to global deployment
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
