Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI integration across quantum computing, climate modeling, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI, ethical AI frameworks, and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with policymakers to shape regulatory frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Translate theoretical AI breakthroughs into commercializable products with measurable societal impact
- Establish industry-wide benchmarks for AI safety, transparency, and bias mitigation
- Mentor next-gen AI researchers through our Future Visionaries incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Computational Neuroscience, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI systems at scale in regulated industries (healthcare, energy, or finance)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, singularity timelines, or technological forecasting
- Experience with UN SDG-aligned AI development frameworks and IPCC climate modeling integration
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 paradigm-shifting AI implementations post-2020
