Responsibilities
- Architect strategic AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying disruptive opportunities in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI systems for predictive modeling and autonomous optimization
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with quantum research teams to prototype hybrid AI-quantum computing solutions
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation specialists in emerging technologies including neuromorphic engineering and synthetic data generation
- Drive adoption of AI in climate modeling and circular economy solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computational Neuroscience, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record developing strategic AI roadmaps with measurable impact on business transformation
- Expertise in quantum computing principles, neural networks, and generative adversarial networks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley scale environments
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) or equivalent industry impact
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing simulation platforms
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
