Qualifications

- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI ethics, and human-AI collaboration
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (NeurIPS, etc.)
- Strong background in policy/regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred
