Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI ethics, AGI safety, and human-computer symbiosis
- Produce quarterly trend reports on AI's impact on labor markets, regulatory landscapes, and consumer behavior
- Design and implement innovation sprints with venture partners to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and investor committees with data-backed narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defense)
- Mentor emerging futurists through our QuantumLeap Academy fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, AI research, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched in regulated environments
