Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year AI strategic roadmap aligned with 2026 technological inflection points

- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Partner with product teams to integrate predictive AI capabilities into core offerings
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior researchers in futurist methodologies and trend analysis
- Author industry thought leadership on AI's socioeconomic impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years AI experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term AI/ML strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural-symbolic systems, and human-AI collaboration
- Published author in top-tier AI ethics or futurism journals
