As a key member of our Advanced Research Division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers to develop predictive models for societal and technological shifts. You'll lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into actionable roadmaps while maintaining ethical AI standards and sustainable innovation practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for AI/quantum/bio-convergence systems
- Lead scenario planning for global technological disruptions (2026-2030)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Coordinate with government agencies on future tech policy recommendations
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Publish whitepapers on future-proofing digital infrastructures
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in AI/quantum/bio-convergence research publications
- Expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethical implications (UNESCO AI Ethics Guidelines familiarity)
- Experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical executives
- Published work in Nature, Science, or equivalent tier journals
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaboration projects
