Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise AI strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent impact
- Certified in Responsible AI frameworks (e.g., Google's AI Principles, IEEE 7000)
- Experience scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps infrastructure
