Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting societal and technological shifts through 2030
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into implementable business strategies
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and Fortune 500 clients
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic computing) for integration into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced machine learning methodologies and futurist principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies with 5+ years applied AI experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or futurist journals
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic architectures
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience developing strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech commercialization projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to C-suite audiences
