Responsibilities

- Forecast socio-technological impacts of 2026's emerging tech stack
- Secure $5M+ R&D funding through white papers and investor pitches
- Collaborate with UN Technology Ethics committees on global standards
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Systems Theory (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (post-2020)
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in neural-quantum hybrid architectures
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and ethical AI
- Experience securing federal or corporate innovation grants
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
