As a key member of our Future Technologies division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and government think tanks to develop ethical frameworks and commercialization strategies for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech innovations. You'll lead initiatives that bridge the gap between theoretical possibilities and real-world applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for AI/ML systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Partner with policy advisors to establish ethical AI governance frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI research or technology strategy leadership
- Published work in top-tier AI/neuroscience journals
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural interfaces
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
