Job Description
We are seeking a visionary AI/ML Architect to define the technological roadmap for 2026. At Nexus Future Systems, we are building the infrastructure that will power the next decade of intelligent automation. You will not just implement existing models; you will pioneer the architecture that enables machines to reason, adapt, and interact in ways previously thought impossible.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. You will lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers to deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models and Reinforcement Learning agents.
Key Focus Areas:
- Architecting resilient, high-throughput ML pipelines.
- Defining the ethical guardrails for autonomous systems.
- Integrating edge computing with cloud-based AI workloads.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of machine learning systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Generative AI and LLM applications at scale.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using quantization and distillation techniques.
- Establish MLOps frameworks to ensure continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI safety and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI products to market.
