Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for high-scale production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in AI engineering.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment strategies.
