Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior developers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge algorithms to improve model performance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
