Responsibilities
- Architect AI product roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of ML engineers, neuroscientists, and UX designers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive innovation through patent development and academic partnerships
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients
- Present vision at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field + 8 years experience
- Proven track record shipping 3+ AI products with $10M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural networks
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing
- Experience scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Strong knowledge of EU AI Act and global AI regulations
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting 1M+ users
