Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/quantum computing roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers
- Develop predictive models for quantum algorithm adoption in enterprise environments
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling technical proposals
- Establish partnerships with quantum hardware startups and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on near-term quantum-AI convergence
- Drive ethical framework development for quantum-enhanced decision systems
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/Physics with 8+ years in quantum computing or AI research
- Published work on quantum machine learning or fault-tolerant quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems from prototype to production
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum advantage predictions
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Quantum Safe Alliance)
