Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable hybrid systems integrating classical AI models with quantum computing protocols.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms to solve complex, high-dimensional problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and hardware engineers to optimize hardware-software co-design.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Oversee the deployment of microservices and containerized applications on cloud-native platforms.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct regular code reviews and system performance audits to ensure operational resilience.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Information Science.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software architecture and system design.
- Extensive expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with demonstrated proficiency in deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum simulation tools is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
